      • Mom-to-Mom Influencer Terms & Conditions

      These Influencer Terms and Conditions govern Services to be provided by Influencers who participate in GloriLight’s affiliate program.

      Scope of Work

    • The Influencer will create video or photo content as requested by GloriLight, which the Influencer will post to their social media platform. GloriLight may provide the Influencer with certain company-branded products for the Influencer’s use in the creation of their content.

      Content and Posting Requirements
      •
    • The Influencer shall send all draft posts to GloriLight (affiliates@glorilight.com) for pre-approval. If GloriLight does not approve the posts, the Influencer will modify the post so that approval is granted.
    • The content for each post must:
      •
      1. Comply with the instructions and guidelines provided by GloriLight, including but not limited to instructions regarding the subject matter, quality, theme, formatting, copy, tone, messaging and branding;
      2. Feature the product as the focal point; and
      3. Be free of any trademarks, logos, product-identifying features or otherwise protected intellectual property of any other brand or third party, regardless of product category.
    • Each Post must:
      •
      1. Feature a consistent story, theme, or message related to GloriLight’s brand goals;
      2. Include the hashtags #Glorilight #Glorilightpartner in copy; and 
      3. Include any other hashtags, tags, mentions, or links relating to GloriLight, the project, product, or other initiative as provided or pre-approved in writing by GloirLight.
    • Other Guidelines:
      •
      1. The Influencer shall not directly or indirectly delete, archive, or otherwise remove any posts published to their account for a period of 90 days after thepPost’s date of publication.
      1. The Influencer shall abide by any reasonable style or brand guidelines that GloriLight may provide.

      Federal Trade Commission, Statutory, and Judicial Requirements

    • The Influencer agrees to comply with all applicable rules, regulations, and laws of any relevant jurisdiction, including but not limited to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) endorsement guidelines that require influencers and marketers to conspicuously state their commercial relationship when promoting or endorsing products, services, and brands through digital media.
    • Children’s Advertising Review Unit (“CARU”) provides self-regulatory guidelines for posts directed at children under the age of thirteen (13) that may contain an advertising message. The Influencer agrees to review and comply with these guidelines in all respects, to the extent applicable.

      • Compensation

    • Gift – GloriLight may gift the Influencer with product, which the Influencer agrees not to sell to a third party or return.
    • Payment – The Influencer will receive payment based on the usage of their affiliate link. They will earn a 15% commission on all sales generated through their affiliate link. GloriLight will calculate and remit these payments on a monthly basis. The Influencer must provide all necessary completed U.S. Government and/or Internal Revenue Service Forms (e.g., W-9) to ensure proper payment processing. All required forms must be submitted before any payments are issued. No payments shall be issued if the necessary forms are not provided.

      • Taxes and Other Fees

    • The Influencer represents and warrants that they are solely responsible for all taxes related to GloriLight’s payment, including, but not limited to any and all federal, state, and local taxes.

      • Grant of Rights

    • The Influencer hereby grants GloriLight permission to use their content for digital and online advertising, marketing, and communication uses directed at or intended for consumers.
