Refund policy


Our Promise
At GloriLight, we want to be your source for using God’s word to comfort your child.  As a small company, we truly appreciate your business and want to make sure you are satisfied.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us help with a replacement or a return. Please email us at support@glorilight.com. Please include your name, address, and order number with any Return or Exchange request. 

NOTE:  If you send an email to support@glorilight.com and don't receive a response within 3 business days, please check your spam folder.  Its likely we have replied but our return message has been lost in your spam folder.  If you haven't received a response and you checked your spam folder, please send 2nd email with a phone number we can contact you at.  We will likely contact you via text message in this case. 


All purchases from outside the United States are final.  No refunds or exchanges will be accepted from outside the United States.  All international orders are responsible for all duties, taxes, freight fees or customs fees associated with the order.


Return and Exchange Periods
GloriLight has a 30-day return and exchange policy on all lights. (Disc cartridges are non refundable and non exchangeable) The item must be in the original packaging and not show signs of wear and tear. If a returned unit is damaged the customer will be charged accordingly. A restocking fee up to the value of the unit may be applied to any unit that is not returned in new condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Disc cartridges cannot be returned.

Changed your mind and want to return an item? 

If your return is related to something out of our control or you changed your mind, you will be responsible for return shipping costs as long as the return request is inside 30 days of purchase.  Please email support@glorilight.com with the reason for your return and a return shipping address will be provided.  We understand that you may be accustomed to free return shipping, however as a small Christian business we cannot absorb 2 way shipping costs at this time.  Please be sure to read over all product and FAQ pages before ordering.  Or email us at support@glorilight.com with any questions before ordering so you can ensure this is the right product for you and your family. 


Route Protection or any other shipping insurance will not be included toward a refund or exchange if the package has been shipped or delivered.
If GloriLight is running a special promotion and the customer opts to return a product, the customer will be responsible for shipping of the product both ways.

A restocking fee of $25 may apply to any return or exchange.

All returns and exchanges must go through support@glorilight.com and must be approved prior to being shipped back to our Franklin TN Receiving Team. Any and all orders shipped back to sender or fulfillment operation (Deals Deals Deal in Dallas TX) or rejected to sender will not qualify as a return or exchange. Any orders sent back to the sender outside of the 30 day window of delivery will not be accepted as a return or exchange and are subject to a restocking fee to the full value of the order.

All exchanges are final.

To submit a return request. 

1) Email support@glorilight.com  and include name, order#, product you are returning, and reason for the return. 

2) our support team will respond within 3 business days with an address for where to ship the return.  (Do not ship the returned unit to Deals Deals Deals in Dallas Texas).  Shipping to this address will void your return. 

3) Once the returned unit is inspected at our Franklin TN address, then a refund will be issued.  See below for refund method. 


Refund Method & Timing
GloriLight will reimburse you in the same way you paid for your purchase.  Once we receive your return at our warehouse it will be inspected and processed.  It may take up to 21 days after we process the return for it to reflect on your account.


Damaged or missing parts
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing parts or if you receive the wrong item.  Please contact us at support@glorilight.com with any issues or damage to your GloriLight.  You may be asked to send a picture of the damaged parts.  


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned included discs/films. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please email support@glorilight.com  if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Price Matching
We will honor a price match 5 days from the time of ordering your product with any new pricing or promotion that we run on that same item, deal, or bundle. Additional discounts or coupons cannot be applied to promotional or sale items.

Warranty
GloriLight provides a lifetime or until Jesus comes home warranty on the GloriLight nightlight. The warranty covers the light only and does NOT cover the individual interchangeable discs/cartridges or lens.  The warranty covers any issue on the product caused by manufacturer defects in the mechanical and electronic components of the product.  Normal wear and tear, daily use, and damage to the product not caused by workmanship defects are not covered by the warranty.  Customer is responsible for return shipping.  It may take up to 3 weeks for your warranty item to be analyzed by our team.
